That fee is not just software. It includes sending every partner and recruiter their money, collecting their tax forms and keeping the ledger. The fee at every volume
The rate depends on what your program pays partners (commissions plus recruiter overrides) in a calendar month, and applies to that whole month. Between $1,000 and $10,000 it slides down steadily. The total never goes down when payouts go up.

Any month up to $10,000 of payouts costs at most $300; above that it is 3%. Programs paying partners $100,000 or more a month get a custom rate. More on the pricing page.

- The rate falls as you grow: 10% at $1,000 a month, 3% from $10,000, and a custom rate from $100,000. Your total rises only because you are paying partners more, which means they are selling more.
- Finance wants a predictable bill.
- The fee is a fixed, published share of what you pay partners, and you already set those rates. No overage charges, no forced plan changes when affiliate revenue passes a cap.
- We already pay partners ourselves.
- You still get the ledger, the approval queue, recruiter overrides, tax-form intake and bank-transfer batches you can reconcile. When you want the time back, hand the payouts to us.
- Do we need more than two levels?
